My journey into Arbonne

Her Sweet Chaos began in 2022 as a creative outlet while on maternity leave. What started as a personal blog to document my journey soon evolved into a space to inspire and support women through the beautiful chaos of everyday life and self-development.

And for me, part of that journey has been learning to prioritise my health and wellbeing from the inside out.

My wellness journey

Health and wellness have always been passions of mine.

I’ve always enjoyed nourishing my body with wholesome food, moving regularly, working on my mindset and creating routines that support both my physical and mental wellbeing. But over the last year, my wellness journey became more of a struggle as I began navigating gut-health challenges and sensitivities.

Through that experience, I became even more aware of how important what we're putting in and on our bodies matter and impacts every part of our lives. From our confidence, energy, mindset and the way we show up each day.

It also reinforced something I’ve always believed — when women feel good within themselves, they’re empowered to show up fully and confidently.

And that’s what ultimately led me to Arbonne.

What is Arbonne?
